https://app.usenotix.dev/api/v1/contacts/{contactId}/topicsFull access and read only keys can call this. Sending access keys cannot. Key permissions lists the extra rules some calls have.
Every topic of the team and where the contact stands on each: subscribed is whether a campaign that targets the topic sends to them, and chosen is false when that is only the topic's default.
Every key that reads may call it: full access, read only and live AI keys.
