Remove an address this API key suppressed, or a SOFT_BOUNCE_REPEATED entry. Lifting a soft-bounce entry answers with a warning: if the mailbox soft-bounces 3 more times in 30 days it goes back on the list. A hard bounce or complaint answers 403: those protect your sending reputation and only Notix support can lift them. So does an entry a person added in the dashboard, an import, or another key's entry. An address that was not on the list answers 200 with removed: false.

The entry is a hard bounce, a complaint, a dashboard opt-out, an import or another key's entry, or the key's creator is not a team admin.
