The calling key's permission, domain pin, approval policy, request rate limits, and its daily and monthly caps with how much is used and when each resets (UTC). Use it to plan a send instead of finding a limit by hitting it. Any key can read its own limits, a sending-only key included. usageAvailable is false when usage could not be read; the limits still come back.
