A live AI key sends from one verified domain. Only a team admin can make one.

Ask me first, and a daily limit

Every live key has two limits. Above the “Ask me first” number, a broadcast waits for a person to approve it. Past the daily limit, the key stops for the day.

What a live AI key cannot do

No deleting

It cannot delete contacts, templates, broadcasts or anything else.

Questions, answered

Which AI apps can I connect?

Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT through a custom connector, Cursor, GitHub Copilot in VS Code and Windsurf. Any app that speaks MCP can use the hosted server with an API key.

Do I need a verified domain?

Yes. A live key sends real email from one verified domain, within the limits you set. To see what a send would do first, ask your AI for a dry run: it checks the send and sends nothing.

How does approval work?

Each live key has an "Ask me first" number, 50 people to start with. A broadcast your AI schedules for more people than that waits until a person approves it in Notix. You can set the number anywhere from 1 to 10,000.

Can my AI send without limit?

No. A live key also has a daily limit, 500 emails to start with. Once it is reached the key stops for the day. You can change both limits, or pause the key at once.

What can a live AI key not do?

It cannot delete anything, change billing, your team, domains or API keys, use webhooks, read inbound mail, send SMS or codes, or resume a broadcast or automation. Those calls are refused.

Can I see what my AI did?

Yes. Every call it makes is on the Logs page with the MCP source, and in the audit log under Settings.
