Get the wallet balance
The team's wallet balance, which SMS and SMS one-time codes are paid from, in minor units and as a decimal string.
https://app.usenotix.dev/api/v1/walletFull access and read only keys can call this. Sending access keys cannot. Key permissions lists the extra rules some calls have.
The team's wallet balance, which SMS and SMS one-time codes are paid from, in minor units and as a decimal string. A team with no wallet yet answers hasWallet: false and a zero balance. A key limited to one domain answers 403 DOMAIN_PINNED. The balance is for team admins: a key made by a member without admin rights, or by someone who is no longer an admin, answers 403 FORBIDDEN (the maker's role is checked on every call; the owner always passes).

Errors
DOMAIN_PINNED: the key is limited to one domain. FORBIDDEN: the key was not made by a team admin (or the owner), or is older than the admin checks.
