Page through the team's suppression list, newest first: the addresses Notix will not send to, with the reason (HARD_BOUNCE, COMPLAINT, MANUAL or SOFT_BOUNCE_REPEATED). A SOFT_BOUNCE_REPEATED entry holds back campaigns and automations only, never a one-off send such as a password reset, and lifts on its own at expiresAt, 90 days after the third soft bounce. Filter by reason or part of an address with search.

Why the address is suppressed. HARD_BOUNCE and COMPLAINT are permanent and stop every send; only Notix support can lift one. MANUAL was added by your team and stops every send. SOFT_BOUNCE_REPEATED means the mailbox refused 3 different emails within 30 days; it holds back campaigns and automations only (one-off sends such as password resets still go out) and lifts on its own at expiresAt.
