https://app.usenotix.dev/api/v1/broadcasts/{broadcastId}/reportFull access and read only keys can call this. Sending access keys cannot. Key permissions lists the extra rules some calls have.
The broadcast's results: the same delivered, opened, clicked and unsubscribed figures the broadcast page shows, plus bounces, spam complaints and the replies your inboxes received to it. Rates are percentages of delivered (bounces of processed) to one decimal place, and null when nothing has been delivered yet. Every number is counted, never estimated.
