Do I have to be a Notix customer to take part?
No. The programme is open to partners who never send a single email through Notix. You do sign in to apply, because the application, the link, the dashboard and the payout requests all live on a team in the console.
What is the commission actually calculated on?
The net payment, not the sticker price. Notix takes the amount the customer paid, subtracts the processor's fee for that payment and any top-up fee it charged, and applies your rate to what is left. Where a processor reports its fee late, the commission is calculated on the gross and corrected by an adjustment row once the real fee arrives, which is shown on the statement as its own line.
When does a commission become payable, and how am I paid?
Each commission is pending through the holdback in your terms, then becomes payable. When your payable balance in a currency reaches the minimum for that currency you can request a payout from the console. Payouts are manual: an operator sends the money by bank transfer or HitchPay in Nigeria and Kenya, or by PayPal elsewhere, records the reference, and Notix emails you the statement behind it.
What if someone arrives through a customer's referral link as well as mine?
A team is attributed once and to one source. Notix runs a separate referral programme for customers, and a referral recorded at signup wins over an affiliate link. Beyond that it is first click within the cookie window. A link cannot attribute someone on your own team, or a team on a domain you have already verified.
Can the terms change after I am approved?
The rate, the term, the cookie window and the holdback are settings an operator can change, and an operator can also set terms for you alone that differ from the defaults. Your console shows the terms that apply to you, and every commission row keeps the rate it was calculated at, so a change never rewrites what you have already earned.
