Read a domain's higher-start request

Where the domain's latest "Request a higher start" stands, and whether it can ask now.

GEThttps://app.usenotix.dev/api/v1/domains/{id}/start-request

Full access and read only keys can call this. Sending access keys cannot. Key permissions lists the extra rules some calls have.

Where the domain's latest "Request a higher start" stands, and whether it can ask now. A domain you migrated from Resend, SendGrid or Mailchimp starts at 2,000 emails a day by itself when its history there qualifies (automaticStart); above that a Notix admin decides. request is null when the domain never asked; otherwise its status is PENDING, APPROVED (with the approvedCap the admin set, which can differ from what was asked), DECLINED or CANCELLED (a pause, a hold or a newer move ended it). canRequest is true when the domain has recent history from your old provider, is sending, and has no request waiting.
