Metrics and logs

Know how your sending is doing, at a glance.

The Metrics page shows how much you sent and how much arrived. The Emails page shows what happened to each message. The Logs page shows every API request your keys made. All three are in the API too.

Metrics

Your sending, day by day

Delivered, bounced and complained, with the rates that matter, for every domain or just one.

The numbers that decide your reputation

The Metrics page draws delivered, bounced and complained email per day, with bounce and complaint rates beside them. These are the same rates the automatic domain pause watches, so a rising line is a warning you can act on.

  • 7, 15, 30 or 90 days, for all domains or one
  • Open and click rates for domains with tracking on
  • The same figures from GET /v1/metrics

Emails

The full story of every message

When a customer says they never got it, you can answer in seconds.

Every event, in order

Open any email to see each step: queued, sent, delivered, opened and clicked, or the bounce and its reason. A hard bounce also puts the address on your suppression list, so it is not tried again.

Want each event in your own system? Use webhooks.

Logs

Every API request, for 30 days

Your code, your SMTP tools and your AI assistant all show up in one list.

Filter down to the one that failed

The Logs page lists every request your API keys and connected AI tools made in the last 30 days. Filter by status, method, source, API key or endpoint, then open a request to see its details.

  • Sources include the SDKs, SMTP and MCP, so you see who made each call
  • Team admins can export the filtered list as CSV
  • Keys, codes, email bodies and attachments are hidden before the log is saved

FAQ

Questions, answered

What does the Metrics page show?
Emails sent and delivered, daily delivered, bounced and complained counts, bounce and complaint rates, and open and click rates for domains with tracking on. Pick 7, 15, 30 or 90 days, for all domains or one.
Are these the same rates a domain is paused on?
Yes. The bounce and complaint rates on the Metrics page are the ones the automatic domain pause watches, so you can see a problem coming before it stops your sending.
How long are API request logs kept?
30 days. Every request your API keys and connected AI tools make is on the Logs page, newest first, and you can read the same rows with the logs API.
Do the logs store my email content or API keys?
No. Keys, tokens, codes, email bodies and attachments are hidden (redacted) before the log is saved, and so are addresses and phone numbers in a path. You see the endpoint, the status, how long it took, the source and the key's name.
Can I export the logs?
Team admins can download the filtered list as a CSV file from the Logs page.
Where do I see what happened to one email?
Open it on the Emails page to see each event it went through, from queued to delivered, opened, clicked or bounced. The same history comes back from the email get call, and webhooks send each event to your own system as it happens.
