Delete an event

Remove an event no automation uses (409 while one starts on it or waits for it).

Needs a full access key. Sending access keys cannot call this. Key permissions lists the extra rules some calls have.

Remove an event no automation uses (409 while one starts on it or waits for it). The events that already arrived stay on record. Needs a full access key made by a team admin (403 otherwise). Any key but a sending-only one can read events.
